West Island Resort

LOCATION
Tamarin is a modern part of the island. Two major shopping malls lie within 10 minutes drive of the West Island. Property is in high demand which drives strong capital growth. Sunny weather persists all year but unlike the north and east coast, the area has little wind and benefits from low humidity.

A water taxi will be available to transport residents anywhere within the marina as well as to local beaches. Core services are included in the cost of the suite for all residents and covers security, block and common area maintenance, pool services, night staff (front desk, concierge) and garden services.
Residents can select an additional level of luxury from the a la carte concierge services:stocked fridges, airport transfers, a private chef, grocery shopping, child minders… to name just a few. Guests only pay for the additional services they want.
ON SITE STORAGE
West Island Resort will initially provide 35 storage units, conveniently located 100 meters from the resort. Full size boat garages are available plus smaller household storage facilities allowing owners to store everything from boats with trailers to cars, furniture and sporting equipment. If owners choose to rent a storage unit the cost will be included in their monthly levy, thus eliminating the hassle of making separate payments.
