Members can contact sellers directly online through www.onceoff.com and settle the transaction offline while stating they are a OnceOff Member.

OnceOff acts as the broker between buyer and seller, while making sure all transactions are satisfactory and transparent between all three parties, ie. Buyer, Broker and Seller.

How do I buy an item from OnceOff?

1. Register – simply register as a member for your account to be approved with us.  When approved you can engage with brands on the platform.

2. Search – browse and find your desired item within our current collections according to product category, brand, price, and where the item is based.

3. Purchase directly from OnceOff.com from within your account.

A). Contact the seller directly when prices are displayed as “Price On Application”.

B). Contact the Seller by communicating directly by email, telephone or personal viewing.

4. Make an Offer – starting a conversation is key in any transaction. With “MAKE AN OFFER,” you decide how much you want to offer and ask OnceOff to directly send the price to the seller and help broker the deal.

5. Meet the Seller – buyers have the option of meeting the seller to see the product or directly purchasing the item online through OnceOff.com. Online payments can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque. *Payment options at the sellers physical location may vary and will be dependent on the seller.

6. Provide Feedback – after every transaction on OnceOff, whether you are a buyer or a seller, you are invited to give feedback on how the online/offline transaction was conducted.

Do I have to pay a fee to buy an item on OnceOff?

No, we will not charge you any fee for buying an item on OnceOff.com.  As an approved member you get full access to purchase from our collections.

Do I have to pay for shipping costs?

That will depend on the product type and seller of the product.

I bought an item on OnceOff but now I want to refund it, what do I do?

If you want to get a refund on a item that you bought, simply contact the OnceOff Team and we will get the refund process under way with the seller.

How do I know the products on OnceOff are genuine?

At OnceOff, administrators check and approve every single listing before they are published online. Brands and Sellers must provide proof of identity, location and product authenticity.  As a buyer, you are highly encouraged to ask for any stamps or marks that verify the authenticity of your desired product.  If you have any further questions or would like to speak to a professional, we are happy to refer you to our network of experts. Can I also sell luxury items on OnceOff?

Yes approved Members can submit a product he/she wishes to sell through the group! In fact, many of our luxury brands and professional dealers will look to purchase luxury items available for sale.

Selling on OnceOff.com – Private Seller Info

The OnceOff transaction model is simple and that works for Luxury Brands and OnceOff: Members can purchase products directly from luxuey brands through the OnceOff Collections Portal via Credit card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque.  Members can also contact brands directly through the online portal and carry the transaction offline. OnceOff takes a small commission from the seller for every transaction as acting broker.  Commission rates are different for each Luxury Category.

Private Seller FAQ

How do I sell an item from OnceOff?

1. Register as a Seller with the Partners Login Portal – to list an item for sale, simply register an account with us and if you qualify, your brand will be approved.

2. List your item – first, sign into your Partners Account/ Boutique Manager, click on “Add Product” and follow the steps required. Describe the luxury product that you are listing by providing as much information as possible. We highly recommend that you include any proof of authenticity such as original product certificates, original packaging. When uploading images of your product, please note that you also have the option to upload videos as well. Remember to read and approve our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies.

3. Wait for your listing to be approved – normally, we will approve your items and publish your listings within 24 hours. Note: we accept most luxury products from known brands, designers, and manufacturers, but also unknown collectible objects that we think are relevant to our affluent member base.

We do not accept:

  • Knock-offs or reproductions of original pieces. Please supply images of any stamps and marks to verify the authenticity of your product.
  • Items that do not fall into the existing product categories.

4. Engage with buyers – once your luxury item is listed on OnceOff. OnceOff can handle the payment process. Take payment from members and you can request a withdrawal for payment.

I other cases you can handle all aspects of the sales process and we won’t be involved in the transaction unless the Member wants us to become an independent broker. Buyers can directly contact you with the contact details you have provided stating they are a OnceOff Member and you can carry out the transaction with each other offline.  In this case, OnceOff will bill the Luxury Brand/Service Provider for our sales commission.

5. Provide feedback – after every transaction on OnceOff, whether you are a buyer or a seller, you are invited to give feedback on how the online/offline transaction was conducted.

How much commission will OnceOff take from my sale?

OnceOff has a standard sales commission rate of 15%, however this is different for each Luxury Category.

How much money does it cost to list my product on OnceOff?

It is free to list your product on OnceOff  once you are approved, for now. There are no hidden fees.  This may change in the future.

How do I get paid from the buyer?

OnceOff can handle the payment process. Take payment from members and you can request a withdrawal for payment directly to your brand.

Certain transactions between you and the buyer is completely offline and in both of your hands to carry out the transaction. OnceOff does not get involved with the transaction, unless requested to be the broker by our OnceOff Member.

I would like to have my luxury item professionally photographed. Who do I contact?

Professional photographs increase the quality of the listing. If you would like to have your luxury product photographed, please contact our concierge services to organise a professional for you at partners@onceoff.com.

Can I edit my listing once it has been published?

Yes, simply follow the instructions provided.  Some new edits may need to be approved before any changes will be made to the listing.

How do I register?

You can register as a member of OnceOff with your full name, email address and telephone number. You can then choose a OnceOff username and password. Then follow the prompts sent in the confirmation email after approval from the OnceOff Team.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I access my account?

Go to the Members Login, click the link “Forget Your Password” and follow the instructions.

I have received a message that I am already registered – why?

You or someone who shares your email address has already registered on OnceOff.com.  Just recheck that you entered the correct email address and details.  If it persists, contact us at members@onceoff.com.

How do I protect my OnceOff account?

We have a number of systems in place to help ensure the security of your account including secure SSL and Security Software. For added security, OnceOff suggests the following:

  • Choose your OnceOff user ID and password carefully.
  • We recommend changing your password every 6 months.
  • Beware of spoof emails and websites that may state they are OnceOff.
